How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has left our facility. The email will contain a tracking number. 

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of your order.

  • - Shipping from our US-based facilities can take 5-10 days depending on your location.
  • - Because we ship directly from some of our global partners, your item may take 12-20 business days to arrive. Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please be assured your order is on its way!

    I ordered more than one item. Why did I only receive one of my items?

    We have developed special relationships with vendors to give you the highest quality products at the best prices. If your order consists of items from different sources, they will be shipped to you separately. By doing this, we ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and as cost-effective as possible.

    Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will all get to you!

    My order has been sent. Why didn’t I see the tracking information?

    Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the tracking system. If your shipping confirmation email didn't contain a tracking number, we'll send an update once we have confirmed your tracking information. If you have any questions please contact our support team.

    What if I need to return something?

    No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process to send the item back. You can also reference our Refund Policy.

    Can I cancel my order? 

    Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact us within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed promptly.
